The Birthrate Plus team have now finished the first round of our consensus building workshops as part of the Birthrate plus methodology review.
Led by Independent chair Birte Harlev-Lam OBE, colleagues from across England, Wales and Ireland came together to give their expert feedback on a range of themes affecting time-to-care hours for the maternity workforce.
Findings will inform updates to the Birthrate Plus® methodology, assuring it effectively reflects current staffing needs for the many areas of maternity services.
We have already seen such brilliant engagement and expert feedback, allowing us to continue building that much needed data to inform our analysis.
