On the 31st of October our board meeting took place. A wide-ranging discussion that included our developing international work including next year’s International Confederation of Midwives (ICM) conference, early discussion of our next three-year strategy and an update from Birte Harlev-Lam OBE about our engagement with services and other stakeholders to see how we might enhance our Workforce Planning tool.
